This is a basic 6-bunk hut located near the Waitutu River.

Prevent the spread of didymo
Didymo is present in Lake Monowai but is not currently in Lake Hauroko, the Wairaurahiri River, Waitutu River or Lake Poteriteri. Visitors should take precautions to prevent the spread of didymo when swimming/fishing/boating/packrafting/kayaking. Do not take water from these areas.
