Report a concern about a person or a listing, or get help with anything else.
Report a safety or community concern
The fastest way is the Report link beside the thing itself: a profile, stay, storage listing, event, ride, review or conversation. It arrives with the details already attached, so you do not have to explain which one you mean.
For anything that does not sit on one page, such as something that happened away from ParkUp, email hello@parkup.nz.

If you feel unsafe, or something concerning happened during a stay, ride or event, use the Report link beside it, or email hello@parkup.nz.
If there is immediate danger, call 111 first.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, email hello@parkup.nz with "Privacy request" in the subject line.
